Windows

• The software may take a few minutes to download.
• Select the “Run” or “Open” option.
• If you receive a prompt asking if you would like to run the program, select “Run”.
• If you receive a “User Account Control” window, select “Yes” to allow this program to make changes.
• Please provide us with the TeamViewer “YOUR ID” shown.
